Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychological sciences at Brigham Young University and eventually a full time career as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

I began my career in neurofeedback therapy in 2007 when I was introduced to it by a family friend who, after a severe auto accident, was struggling with anger, speech issues, and opiate addiction. The difference neurofeedback made in his symptoms and quality of life was nothing short of a miracle. I have been consistently amazed by neuofeedback’s ability to assist the brain's own healing abilities ever since.

As a licensed Therapist in the greater Salt Lake City area, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs.
